Anniversary

General Program
The weekend’s activities will start off simmering with a dinner and jazz performance on
Thursday evening, featuring some of our best jazz talent in OHF. On Friday, the anniversary
officially kicks off with registration, followed by rehearsal. Our first official day together ends
with an evening social so that you can catch up with folk you haven’t seen in a long time or
make new friends. On Saturday, start your day off with yoga or meditation, followed by
breakout sessions. We will rehearse after lunch and then get ready for the evening OHF
Banquet where some well deserving individuals will be honored with OHFian awards. On
Sunday, once again get your spirits in tune with yoga and meditation and your heart prepared
with the Praise and Worship program so that you can be ready for our final jammin’ rehearsal.
We will end the Anniversary Celebration on a high note with the Live Recorded Concert
Performance.

Children’s Program
There will be a separate children/youth program throughout the weekend. On Friday, children
ages 0-4 will have a separate program during the rehearsal. Children ages 5 and up are asked to
attend the rehearsal on Friday. On Saturday, there will be separate children’s program from
8:45am-11:55am for children and youth ages 0-14. The afternoon will consist of a mix of
rehearsal and supervised sports activities (swimming, basketball, volleyball, jump rope). On
Sunday, children too young to participate in the performance will be supervised during the
rehearsal and the concert. Snacks will be provided during supervised activities.
